Do you offer packing and unpacking services?

Yes! We offer full or partial packing and unpacking to make your move easier. We also provide quality packing supplies if needed.

How much does a move typically cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your move, distance, and services needed. We provide free, customized quotes with clear pricing — no hidden fees.

Do you charge extra for stairs, long carries, or heavy items?
We believe in transparency. We’ll ask about access (stairs, elevators, etc.) during your quote process and include any applicable charges upfront.

How do I book a move?
You can call or text us at 317-220-5440 or email jm@millersmagnificentmovers.com. We'll collect a few quick details and get you scheduled!

What’s required to reserve a date?
We ask for a $100 deposit to lock in your move date. It’s applied toward your final total.

Is my deposit refundable?
Yes! You can cancel up to 72 hours before your move date and receive a full refund of your deposit.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards (3.6% card fee applies), and digital payments (ask us for available options).

Do you offer cleaning or junk removal?
Absolutely. We provide move-in/move-out cleanings, deep cleans, and junk removal services. Bundle them with your move for convenience and savings!

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Miller’s Magnificent Movers is fully licensed and insured. Your belongings are in safe, professional hands.
